We started Coach-Wave because we know how tough it can be to find the right support when you need it.
Caro spent a long time searching for a coach she could count on — and found it wasn’t easy. With her background in SaaS, she’s all about building simple, helpful digital tools that actually make a difference. Plus, as a certified nutritionist, she gets that taking care of your body and mind go hand in hand.
Alex knows what it’s like to perform under pressure — he played American Football at the University of Notre Dame in stadiums with crowds of >80,000 people. Studying psychology let him deeper understand how and why mental strength can make or break your game, even when you’re physically ready.
So together, we created Coach-Wave: a place where athletes can get the mental training and coaching they deserve — with courses, expert support, and tools that actually work when it counts.
