Inga is an experienced psychotherapist with over 200 therapy hours in clinical settings. She is well familiar with clinical psychology through all ages. Her clinical expertise combined with her young age lets her help individuals find and mobilize resources within them. 

With her extensive experience as a psychologist, Lena supports her coachees in challenging life situations such as crises, death, and loss experiences. Additionally, she places a strong focus on personal development, pattern interruption, self-esteem and shame issues, and experiencing meaningfulness.

Antonia coached our founder Carolin. Her empathetic nature and her great techniques and methods are a valuable resource, for example for decision-making. She asks the right questions at the right time and helps people to get a little closer to themselves. 

Besides Simon's solid psychological training, his several years of experience as an addiction counselor in a rehab clinic in Austria contribute to the diversity of coaches at Coach-Wave. Simon also trains the next generation of coaches as a co-trainer at the University of Salzburg and works as a coach for the university's students.

Marion is an experienced business coach, who has worked with individuals in diverse settings, cultures and positions.  She is keen to further specialize in young students and adults to support them on their individual journeys.

After her career as a guardian ad litem in court (an attorney for children), Iris has been fully dedicated to coaching children, adolescents, parents, and adults since 2013. With her extensive experience, Iris supports her clients in various areas such as building confidence, managing fears, navigating life crises, addressing bullying in school or the workplace, and much more.

Jennifer is one of our highly experienced business coaches who has expanded her offerings to include life coaching in recent years. Her extensive expertise allows her to use various proven methods to find solutions for challenges in both professional and personal life.

Eva's keen sense of what drives people, combined with her solid psychological training, has enabled her to successfully coach executives and build strong connections with individuals throughout her career. She helps them set concrete goals, find clarity, and strengthen their self-management.

As a Co-trainer at the University of Salzburg, Marcel is teaching the next generation of coaches while coaching individuals of the University’s student body. As a former student himself, he has great empathy for the struggles and thoughts of young adults.
